Tiffen, a leading manufacturer of photography filters, software, and a wide range of photo equipment for consumers and professionals, came to us to build a new web presence, including a social media strategy.
Our belief in marketing as a leading driver to product purchasing was the catalyst for the reinvention of the Tiffen site. Utilizing a customized WordPress platform, we created a rich, responsive, and interactive online experience. In addition, our strategy for social interaction, involving a tried and true formula for developing content, building a media library, posting consistently, and driving traffic back to the site and our newly designed blog was implemented by us and later integrated into the culture of the company’s marketing department.
Tiffen’s new site launched in the beginning of 2015 and has increased traffic, leads and excitement within the photo community. Facebook likes increased from 5,800 to over 45,000, Instagram followers exceeded 17,000 and Twitter climbed from double digits to over 3,000. This boost in traffic has led to increased website visitors and an improved click-thru rate.
